I downloaded this twice. I tried to like it but there are too many glitches. I paid for a subscription, TWICE, to access more features and afterwards it I kept getting the same pop up message about needing to subscribe. Apparently you can’t import multiple contacts at once from your phone even though it tried to let me and it didn’t work. I would categorize my contacts and it wouldn’t stick. I had the same issues on the website. You can only start an AI chat or wait up to 3 hours for a person. Yeah, that’s a no from me.

Whoever the creators are of this app need to devise a better opt out process. There is NO WHERE to opt out & it tells me I need to delete my account from a computer. Seriously?? I’m beyond annoyed that I get DAILY emails when I NEVER use the app & have tried to delete this account. I’m beginning to despise Penny. Ridiculous.
