CultureWise

CultureWise is an interactive app that puts the Fundamentals System from High Performing Culture in the hands of employees across the hall, across town, or across the globe. It provides access to the complete Fundamentals library and a broad set of learning resources to help users gain a deeper understanding of each Fundamental.

Version 1.0 includes modules such as Weekly Insights — messages from peers about their personal thoughts and experiences of the Fundamental of the Week; Fundamental Minute — 60-second insights from Culture Expert David Friedman; eMinder — scenario-based lessons with immediate feedback; Coaching Guide — talking points for discussions about each Fundamental; Kudos! — peer recognition for putting Fundamentals into practice; QuickTips — daily messages to deepen understanding.
