Recent reviews

I used to love arlo when they allowed 5 cameras free to use before charging an ungodly amount to use the service. Now they sell 4k cameras that get wet or something inside fast and the picture is distorted. Service is slow. And you can’t use the settings properly to change things. There is a massive delay from app to cameras that is over 7 to 10 seconds sometimes more before it catches up so you miss whatever is going on. They should not charge for junk service when clearly you miss every thing that happens. Also the distinction from animal, car, person is completely off . It states a person is a package and an animal is a person and car is an animal 9x out of 10 it is completely wrong.

Functionality now is useless. They’ve removed every feature (the non subscription features). It is a worthless product and the costs are ridiculous for their subscription. It only works now if I manually hit play. All other features of motion detection and notifications stopped working. I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!
