I am no tech expert, but love my music on Apple. This app has helped transfer playlists I would share with my son who only uses Spotify.

I have a single need for Playlisty, and it does just that: take a list of songs and import them to a playlist. That it can be a link or a text file or just lines in the provided field doesn’t matter. It just works, and you can add it to an existing playlist, too.
