However, multiple reviews flag reliability and usability gaps: lab results frequently don’t show or appear before a provider reviews them; the interface is hard to navigate; scheduling often omits nearby locations; notifications can be excessive; and pharmacy features are limited. Improvements in data reliability, UI/UX, local scheduling options, notification management, and pharmacy integration would boost usefulness.

Pros

All-in-one hub for appointments, test results, medications/refills, and messaging with providers.
Quick access to lab/test results with the ability to track health data for yourself and family.
Ability to pay bills and manage health finances within the app.
Comprehensive care information: appointment schedules, visit summaries, and test/result charts.
Family access to a relative’s health data and lab values for easier caregiving.

Cons

Lab results sometimes don’t appear or are delayed, and results can post before a clinician reviews them.
The app UI/UX is disorganized and hard to navigate.
Scheduling/location options are limited or miss nearby facilities (e.g., not showing Binghamton).
Excessive or repetitive notifications, such as waitlist reminders and patient-education messages.
Rx/refill and pharmacy status features are missing or hard to use (cannot submit refills or view pharmacy orders).

Two months ago I found a large lump in my breast..it has been a whirlwind of tests biopsy’s mammograms,mri but I had all that and a bilateral total mastectomy..the nurses,doctors,surgeons everyone did not mess around. No time wasted and now it’s all gone. Wonderful amazing group at Lourdes breast center.

I have been a Guthrie patient for decades. I have talked to several billing reps, including admin and explained an issue on my account. I explained why my balance wasn’t correct and was told not to worry that it would be corrected. I was told that although I had a $250 credit and a balance of $250 you couldn’t apply credit against balance??? Finally after trying to resolve this since last June 2025 I paid the balance! I have a $0 balance and they still won’t return my credit. This issue over a $250 credit is totally insane and I’m a very upset customer! MY BALANCE IS $0!
