Two months ago I found a large lump in my breast..it has been a whirlwind of tests biopsy’s mammograms,mri but I had all that and a bilateral total mastectomy..the nurses,doctors,surgeons everyone did not mess around. No time wasted and now it’s all gone. Wonderful amazing group at Lourdes breast center.

I have been a Guthrie patient for decades. I have talked to several billing reps, including admin and explained an issue on my account. I explained why my balance wasn’t correct and was told not to worry that it would be corrected. I was told that although I had a $250 credit and a balance of $250 you couldn’t apply credit against balance??? Finally after trying to resolve this since last June 2025 I paid the balance! I have a $0 balance and they still won’t return my credit. This issue over a $250 credit is totally insane and I’m a very upset customer! MY BALANCE IS $0!
