I used the delivery service in Greece. The driver refused to deliver directly to my hotel because it required a short 5-minute walk into town. Instead, I was forced to change my day plans and coordinate a meeting on a random street with a different person to retrieve my luggage, leaving me to haul it the rest of the way myself—which is unacceptable following recent shoulder surgery. Arranging an alternative pickup just to accommodate a lazy driver made my entire day infinitely more stressful.
