Met with Tiffany, my trainer and she addressed my needs with strength training. Then after I had the exercise routine down I got to see the whole facility and the pools which were the main reason I joined. This place will help me get back In-Shape just fine.

I’m disappointed with the cleanliness of this gym. The bathrooms and showers are often dirty, and I’ve noticed the same trash left there from one day to the next. There are soap stains and buildup in the shower areas, which makes it seem like they are not cleaned regularly. The pool area also does not appear to be very clean. The facility has large pools and good potential, but the lack of cleanliness is a major issue. Management needs to improve housekeeping and maintenance standards.
