I am very disappointed with Meesho's customer service and the unfair blocking of my account. My account was blocked even though the mistake was entirely on the seller's side. I received incorrect products multiple times and returned or exchanged them only by following Meesho's policies. Despite this, my account was blocked without any proper investigation or valid reason. Before submitting my feedback, I contacted customer care several times, but they only kept saying that my account had been blocked and could not be reactivated. They did not listen to my concerns or make any effort to review my case. After I submitted feedback, I received a link asking me to explain my issue, but the link never opened. Because of this technical problem, I was unable to submit my complaint. This made the entire process even more frustrating. I have been a genuine customer and always followed the platform's rules. It is unfair to punish customers for mistakes made by sellers. I request Meesho to properly investigate my case, review my order and return history, fix the issue with the feedback link, and unblock my account as soon as possible. I also hope Meesho improves its customer support so other genuine customers do not face the same experience.
