作为付费会员，我对开市客在中国市场的app落后与运营混乱感到震惊。现在的App界面如同10年前的产物，核心功能完全缺失，甚至下单都要跳转小程序。还有线下门店体验也很差，实体店员工基本处于“无人搭理”状态，选品杂乱无章。各方面都说明开市客在中国区的运营极其敷衍，完全不考虑用户体验。毫无诚意，不尊重会员。准备投诉到总部，管理层好自为之吧。
