I am grateful for this app keeping me in touch with my daughter while she is away at camp. I don’t think I could’ve survived like my parents had to with no pictures and barely communication. That being said, it is extremely aggravating. It takes a few moments for the app to even open, it doesn’t refresh well, and the videos don’t load, if you want to skip ahead. The face recognition is pretty cool, but don’t rely on it! I would’ve missed so many photos of my daughter had I trusted the face recognition. So it’s a great app. It just needs work. I should mention that it was a lot better last summer for some reason.
