The Servify mStore App is hosted on smart devices at Authorised Service Centres to manage incoming Customer appointments.

Key Features

1. Self Service token generation when a Customer reaches Authorised Service Centre, after their executives have logged into the App.

2. Customers can rate the experience after a Service event within the Authorised Service Centres on this App, but only within the Service Center.

This app is not available outside Authorised Service Centres and can be downloaded only by employees at Authorised Service Centres.
