User Reviews

Rainbow’s reviews consistently praise its user-friendly UI/UX, ease of use for DeFi newbies, and clear emphasis on transparency and hardware wallet support. However, multiple reviewers flag serious reliability and security concerns: the app can freeze and delay charts, with sign-in issues and occasional data/transaction inaccuracies. Security worries include potential private-key exposure and seed phrase deletion by support. Some reports cite token prices showing as zero and broken transaction histories. Pros focus on design and onboarding; cons center on stability and security/privacy risks. Overall, Rainbow is loved for usability but criticized for reliability and protection issues.

Cons

They delay the charts when you go to sell and the app freezes costing you money. When you try to look at the transactions there is money missing from your actual purchase and no where to find where it went. If you dabble in the perps they will charge you a ridiculous price for an entry instantly costing you 3-6% of your purchase and then they charge you again when you sell 3-6%.
