Control your heating products conveniently from your smartphone using the free app. Whether it be heat vests, socks, gloves, vests, pant or soles - with the Lenz heat app, the heat setting of the lithium packs can be regulated quickly and without complications. Additionally, it provides an overview of the current charge level of all the lithium packs. This is perfect if the heating product is under several layers of clothes.

Advantages of the app:

EACH LITHIUM PACK CAN BE CONTROLLED SEPARATELY Each of the connectible lithium packs can be set to a different heat level so you get just as much heat as you need everywhere.

INTERVAL FUNCTION Heating and pause times can be set individually with the interval function, which extends the lithium packs’ lifetime.

LED-OFF: If the LEDs glow through a thin item of clothing, they can be deactivated. The heat output remains set as defined in the app.

ORDER FOR THE LITHIUM PACKS Coloured rubber rings are delivered with the lithium packs. These help you to distinguish entire “battery pairs” from each other or to distinguish the batteries that are purposely to be used on the left and on the right. You can assign the colour of the rubber rings to the batteries in the app.

LED SYSTEM: The Lenz LED system 1.0 can also be controlled with the app. Different colours, lighting modes and brightness levels can be set.

Reviews are mixed. Users note clear improvements over the initial app and, when it works, smooth operation. However, many report reliability problems: frequent crashes, random heating shutdowns, and settings not persisting. Battery visibility is poor (no clear percentage) and batteries can drain, with calls for a complete shutdown option. There is widespread demand for Apple Watch support. Recent reviews

Over 20 days in skiing this year and they keep shutting off. Contacted Lenz and they said it’s a know issue with the December iOS update but they don’t have any plans to update and fix the app. No refunds for a product that doesn’t work as advertised. Avoid at all costs.

Unlike other users, I find this app to work fairly seamlessly. With serious circulation problems I use multiple products and wish they had sections for that on the app. I am only able to control two sets of batteries. I do not find them to shut off randomly as others do and have not had issues pairing.

The app crashes frequently (constantly have to reset my temperature & LED light off settings) and is not compatible with Apple Watch. There’s also no way to turn off the batteries when not in use and they take a long time to charge up.
