I am a fairly active person but I hurt my knee from overuse and was really struggling to get it to heal because I kept irritating it with my various activities. I was looking for something that worked the legs without damaging the knee, and the Gentle section in the 90 day program was just what I needed! I started in January and even though I didn't do the workouts every day I was healed enough to do my "usual" (biking, running, ice hockey) after about a month. I still go back to the Gentle routines because they are so good - fast and effective but I'm not so sore from them that I can't do something else the next day (or sometimes even later that same day). Thank you!!!
