Users love the app for easy messaging and for available photos, videos, and daily updates for both kids in one place (great for grandparents). Recurring downsides are messaging restrictions after updates, lack of real-time updates, missing time stamps for check-ins/outs and posts, and occasional login problems. Overall, communication and visibility are strong, but reliability and timing features need improvement.

Cons

Messaging is blocked after updates (no compose button).
Lack of real-time updates; end-of-day reporting instead of current information.
Missing time stamps on check-ins/outs and on posted events.
Login/access issues (login problems and password reset not delivered).

Recent reviews

This app is very helpful, but I wish there was a way you can choose what notifications you get to your devices. Because my child is less than a year, it’s annoying to get a notification about a “new toilet entry” being recorded. Unfortunately there is no way to just choose to have that to toggle off, despite wanting to receive other notifications.
