The new app is so much more difficult to work with than the old Brilliant TV. It shouldn’t be necessary to have to take training sessions to be able to cope with the app! It is also very, very hard to sign into this app. I’m a Premium Member, and have been connected with Brilliant TV from the beginning, but now the record of all of the different teachings and videos that I’ve watched in the past have been lost after this app was implemented. It’s very challenging to find and identify what I need. This app has NOT simplified anything, it has actually made everything more complicated and difficult. I love Graham Cooke and his messages, but, unfortunately, this app is distressing to work with.
