SmrtPhone shows promise with multi-number support, templates/attachments, and CRM integration, plus ease of use. Yet reliability problems (calls/text delivery) and stability issues (freezes and sign-outs) dominate user feedback. Feature gaps and an aging UI, plus billing/cancellation friction, further dampen the experience. Improvements in stability and feature parity are needed for it to be a consistently dependable business communications tool.

Recent reviews

This is a nice app in theory, but every time I go to use it, I have to update. Literally a couple of days goes by and it’s time for a new update. This company really needs to get their act together.
