Jetting for DellOrto VHSH PRO

The jetting your engine asks for, a logbook of every session with your notes, a needle comparator, 112 tracks with their altitude and a fuel mix calculator.

This is the most advanced carburetion simulation application on the market for Dellorto VHSH30 carburetor engines.

It allows you to create carburations with all the information about the type of engine, track, weather conditions and carb setup (jets, needles, air screw, ...) making for each of them a simulation that allows you to compare them, choose a carburetion as a reference to be able to adapt it in each situation, take notes, check how each change in carburetion affects, etc.

A RECOMMENDED SETUP FOR YOUR ENGINE Pick make and model and the app tells you what to start from. Included:

• TM K9, K9B, K9C, KZ10, KZ10B, KZ10C, KZ-R1, KZ-R2 and KZ-R3.
• Vortex RVS, RVX, RVXX, RVZ, RKZ, RSZ, RTZ and VTZ.
• Modena KK1, KK1R, MKZ, KK2 and KK3.
• IAME Screamer, Screamer 2, Screamer 3, Screamer 4, Shifter and Super Shifter 175.
• Maxter MXO, MXV, MXE, MXS and MXS2.

LOGBOOK Save every session with what you fitted, what the app recommended, the laps, your best lap and the weather at that moment, and write down how the engine behaved or what you had to change. That way you keep the record of the setups that worked best at each place. It can be exported to CSV.

NEEDLE COMPARISON Overlays the profile of two DellOrto needles and shows, at every height, how much passage area one gains or loses against the other, so you can tell which one runs richer and in which part of the throttle range.

TRACKS 112 tracks from 21 countries with their altitude, which is the figure that really moves the setup. Search by name and it goes in on its own.

SHARING Send a setup as a card over WhatsApp, email or whatever you use, so your mechanic or your team mate can read it.

FINE TUNING Corrects the recommendation on high, mid and low when your engine asks for more or less fuel than expected. The app remembers it for that engine.

FUEL MIX CALCULATOR How much oil to add to the gas you are about to mix, or what ratio a mix you already made has. You pick which of the three you want to know — oil, gas or ratio — and set the other two. In litres, millilitres, gallons or ounces, with the ratio as a percentage and as 1:n, and one button leaves it set in the jetting.

The application consists of several screens and features:

• Simulation main screen: it shows the graph and the values of the configured carburations. One of them is marked as a reference so the rest can be compared against that configuration, and for each one you can edit its values or create new ones.

• Setup creation or edition screens: the user is guided by a set of screens on which to provide information about the engine (brand, model, fuel density, % oil mixture), carburetor configuration (high, low, diffusers, needle, air screw, jets, etc.), weather conditions (temperature, humidity, altitude, pressure... that can be picked up automatically), and the track (name, length, lap time, maximum speed, etc.).

• A functionality to collect the weather conditions of the nearest weather station: get the temperature, atmospheric pressure, humidity, altitude, air density, altitude by density and more values.

• Help on each screen, preferences to modify the language, appearance or available parts, etc.

The application has been tested by international racing teams, but can be used by anyone to optimize their engine.
