App worked fine when purchased, but you now can’t add or update any foods or temperatures. It’s useless now.

Ordered this set and downloaded the app as directed. App does not recognize that the Bluetooth is turned on my iPhone 13 Pro. iPhone continues to scan looking for the thermometer base unit, but does not find it. When turning the app on, and prompted to turn my Bluetooth on which the Bluetooth is on my iPhone, it still does not recognize it. I had high hopes for it; there is no support to get this issue fixed.
