Even after turning off my auto renew and “chatting with support “ very expensive meds were still shipped and billed to me. Getting actual support is impossible.

App is fine - their business stinks. Communications are all AI and not helpful. Overcharge for junk AND won’t send proper dosage - and no recourse when they do !
