While I was waiting for my new scale to arrive, the app completely got a refresh and update. Now that my scale has arrived, the app won’t load the pairing system. So this scale is just rendered useless.

Everytime hims delivers, the package is lost. There is no way for refunding money and hims let you bear the cost while doing nothing for this. It’s better you buy all of the medication separately after talking to your derma rather than trusting this company at all
