I went to use this app for the first time and it’s no getting past the loading screen with the character surrounded by clothes and accessories, I’ve clicked all over the screen and nothing works! Please fix and I’ll update my rating to 5! Thanks

So like I tried to get this game because I saw people doing ILLIT members in this game. But then when I get the game it just stays frozen on the part where it says “my little star” on top with a little pixel character and clothing/accessories around it… please respond because I’ve been deleting the game, then downloading it again so much times.🥺🥺
