It needs some UI improvements. Background updates are turned on in settings for the app on my iPhone 17 and my iPads but if you leave the app open on other devices you have to go to settings in the app and and hit sync to up day each device. If you don’t complete a dated task it doesn’t automatically move it to the next day. Which I think it should do then maybe change the color to indicate it was brought forward from a previous day. The widget on iOS is basically worthless because of the topics mentioned above and you don’t get to choose which checklist appears there. Maybe I want to see my work checklist widget on my work devices and my home checklist widget on my personal devices.
