Lido Beach Butlers

Lido is a new way to beach! We offer luxury beach items that are set up and waiting for your arrival. Food and refreshments from your favorite beach vendors, picked up and delivered to you. Stop lugging the heavy stuff and spend your beach day relaxing on a cushioned chaise lounger while being served lunch and drinks. When you're ready to leave all you have to do is tap a button and you're all set to head home! Find a Lido and change the way you beach!

OUR RENTAL ITEMS:

• Cabana ~ 8x8 and comes with two cushioned chaise loungers and a sand free beach mat.

• Sunshade ~ 6x4 and comes with a sand free beach mat.

• Umbrella ~ 8' and comes with a sand free beach mat.

• Kids Cabana ~ Foldable shade tent for the kids.

• Beach Chair ~ Reclines flat, perfect for soaking up the sun.

• Beach Games ~ Cornhole, Slammo, racket ball and more.

• Sand Free Mat - Made from helicopter landing pads, the sand falls through but doesn't come up!

• Ice Cooler ~ If you need something to stay cooled we got you covered.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Rent Now(on-demand)

   • First, you must be inside the service area on the beach. You will see your pin location on the in-app map and the service area will be highlighted in green.
   • Next you choose your main rental items and can add extra items. Then will be prompted to pay.
   • We will then assign a butler to you who will quickly come to your location, rake your area and set up your rental. You can call or text your butler if there are any issues.
   • Once your rental has started you will be able to order food from local food vendors order extra items like beach games or refreshments like our organic young coconuts all from the app.
   • When you are ready to leave just tap the "I'm Leaving" button and you're all set to head home. One of our butlers will come and pack everything up.

2. Reservations

   • First choose the beach location you will be going. The closest locations will pop up on the map but if you are traveling you can enter the city to view the areas we service.
   • Next choose the time/date, choose your rental items and pay.
   • The morning of your reservation date you will receive a notification that we are assigning you a butler.
   • About an hour before your reservation start time your butler will rake your area and set up your rental and then drop a pin on the map
   • You will get a notification that your rental is ready. If you open the app you will have a map with the location of your rental which will be marked with an umbrella. You can call/text your butler if you are having any issues finding your rental and they will come and guide you to the location.
   • Once you arrive at the rental just press "I arrived" and you are all set.
   • You can now order food from local vendors, order extra items like beach mats and order refreshments like our organic young coconuts.
   • When you're ready to leave just tap the "I'm Leaving" button and you're all set to head home. One of our butlers will come and pack everything up.
