I am from the U.S. and travel frequently to India to visit my parents and in-laws. I really loved the concept and simplicity of this service, and I have used it several times. However, the quality of the cars has been extremely inconsistent. Once or twice I received a very good car, but on other occasions the vehicles honestly felt like they came straight from a junkyard. For a transportation service, vehicle quality and cleanliness should be a much bigger priority. The idea behind this app is excellent, but it needs many more advanced options when booking. Customers should be able to select the type, age, condition, comfort level, and quality of the vehicle they want—and pay accordingly. This is especially important for international travelers who may be willing to pay more for a newer, cleaner, and more comfortable car. Another concern is that the service sometimes feels more like a referral or brokerage platform than a transportation company. Once a driver is assigned, the entire booking fee becomes non-refundable, which seems unreasonable when the customer has very little control over the quality of the vehicle being assigned. There is tremendous potential for an application like this in India. The concept is genuinely useful, especially for people like me who travel frequently between the U.S. and India. But realizing that potential will require continuous innovation, better quality control, more customer choices, and policies that build long-term trust. This shouldn’t feel like an overnight startup or an app created for a hackathon competition. It has the potential to become a truly great service—but it needs to evolve beyond simply connecting customers with drivers.

I had a U.S. visa interview scheduled tomorrow, and due to the last-minute cancellation of my booking, I was forced to secure an alternative rental at a higher cost of ₹8000. Given the urgency of my situation and the financial impact of this issue, I will be submitting all relevant evidence to my corporate attorney. If immediate reimbursement is not processed, legal proceedings will be initiated, including a substantial financial claim against Cab Bazar for the distress and inconvenience caused. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect swift resolution. Kindly proceed with the reimbursement without delay so I can finalize my alternate travel arrangements. Another incident : The driver charged Rs 4,144 instead of Rs 3,784, which is Rs 360 more than expected, even though he was unable to drop me at my destination. During the journey, he asked us to exit the car twice, and later claimed an additional 10 km had been traveled. I argued, but I did not wish to escalate the situation, so I paid Rs 160 extra. For the Kolkata Airport to Bankura route via Arambagh, the distance is below 176 km, and I have evidence to support this. The driver added an airport gate fee of Rs 100, despite the fact that he did not wait for a single minute—we were already waiting outside when he arrived. He also charged an additional Rs 100 for tolls, which was incorrect, as the toll charges for this route should not exceed Rs 65. In total, I paid Rs 360 extra (Rs 160 for additional distance, Rs 100 for gate fees, and Rs 100 for toll charges), out of which Rs 160 plus Rs 100 plus Rs 35 were fraudulent charges.
