I did not receive one of the items I ordered a whole entire sandwich was not in the bag. The only thing that came in the bag was the fries.

7Krave does not pay out refunds, only take your orders and even if it’s not received they charge. I’ve been avoided on an order for a month that the restaurant partially fulfilled and they are aware and refuse to pay out and keep ignoring messages when asked. Only automated responses they give to orders and it’s not the first but they will also charge your card a dollar for anything but won’t refund even if the restaurant is closed. Used to like this app until the bad customer service . Just all money and no customer service.

I was an avid user of this app until I saw they started charging so much for delivery. The delivery fee is more than a meal most times. Automatic 5km $800 charge when my location was approximately (according to maps) 1.4km away THEN an additional extra distance of $300. That’s very ridiculous 7Krave, get it together.
