The check deposit never works giving you only one option to deposit check in person

Even with the updates, still getting error messages for mobile deposit

A large percent of members are having problems with this newly "upgraded"? app. The employees at GASCU, (the majority are new employees), are trying to assist users by phone but members calls are not being answered and voicemails are unreturned because of the huge volume of requests for help. GASCU is losing customers because service and reliability has gone from SUPERIOR to POOR.
