Recent reviews
I don't know if it's the app or the BevMax company but it was an absolute terrible experience on multiple occasions. The orders that I put in would send me text messages that the order was delivered and there was never anybody at my home. When I called the store they said delivery men weren't even there yet to pick up my order. They were abrasive and just a terrible customer experience in general, essentially arguing with me about the fact that if I wasn't happy, go cancel the order. I can't think of a worse experience from an app and a retail location

While trying to place a curbside pick up order, it won't let me select today's date and time. The earliest date is three days from now.
