User Reviews
Users praise Becklar Monitoring for its simple, easy-to-use design and existing core functionality, but repeatedly report issues with account access, zone/point visibility, and performance (slowness and crashes). The app shows promise for testing workflows but requires fixes to improve account management, zone visibility, and stability.
Pros
- Simple, clean design; intuitive and easy to use.
- Core functionality is present with potential for future features.
Cons
- Account access/visibility issues: accounts not found frequently and new accounts not easily locatable in the app.
- Zone list visibility/navigation issues: cannot pull up zones under site devices and the zone list disappears in testing, requiring multiple menu steps.
- Performance issues: app is slow, cannot see codes at a glance, and occasionally crashes.
Recent reviews
I like the old Stages app much better.
