My Willis Tower

This app is great when it works. I upgraded my phone and I had to reinstall this app. I requested “the code” to be sent to my work email at least 10 times, it never worked so I used their “use a password” options and that was even worst, they did send a password reset link to my email (same one entered for the code), entered a new password just to get the “password does not fit requirements” except that there is no way to figure out what the password requirements are, tried different lengths, special characters, no special characters, nothing works. So I’m still locked out of the app, the link they posted in the Apple Store for “app support” goes to their very generic website that does not have a FAQ or a contact section for support, it’s almost as if they don’t want anyone to contact them. This developer is so frustrating

In the inbox tab, when I tap the notification it doesn’t take me to the post or announcement. It just gets unbold. I think the right UX is to take me to the announcement when I tap the inbox message.
