Everyday we deal with having to ask drivers to be sure to complete their pick up to prevent theft, leading to confrontations and even altercations sometimes, and it still happens sometimes with certain drivers pretending to have marked the order as picked up, all because Uber can’t give merchants the ability to mark their order as being picked up from the store. DoorDash added it, so could you guys.

2026-06-15	ny*****	Customer service is horrible. They closed my store . Doordash and grubhub finished my ownership change in couple days and they didn’t close store. Ubereats; 3 months and they closed my store 24 hours for changing ownership!! Horrible service! You guys can’t make money from %30 of all restaurants??

I have a restaurant account for Uber Eats and logged into the account on my phone and they blocked my device for supposedly having multiple uber accounts. They keep giving scripted responses and have no one you can talk to over the phone. They keep saying to use ANOTHER device. Sorry to tell you I only have one phone. WASTE OF TIME. Going with Lyft and using DoorDash and Rubin for my restaurant going forward.
