The hardware isn’t the problem — the app is. The Lettuce Grow app is buggy, disconnects constantly, and often won’t stay connected long enough to control basic settings like the timer. Since the system depends on the app to function, these issues make the product frustrating and borderline unusable. A “smart” grow system shouldn’t require this much patience just to turn lights on and off. For the price, I expected a stable, reliable app. Instead, I got constant reconnecting and lost control. I wouldn’t recommend this product unless the app experience improves dramatically

I’m honestly wondering what the developers are doing. I can’t update my first name or last name, add my phone number, or add/update my address in the app—so how am I supposed to order seedlings? Also, after I added Smart Timer and restarted the app, the Smart Timer disappeared and isn’t visible anymore, and now I can’t add it again at all.

Hardly any seeds only about 20. You have to vote to bring back others. There was no fruits, just lettuce and herbs. What a disappointment. Also no written instructions and you have to watch a bunch of videos leaving so many people unanswered questions and some with no talking just annoying music.
