My experience with Bolt Food has been incredibly frustrating, mainly because of their customer support. Whenever there’s an issue with an order and I contact support, I either receive no response for a long time or get the same generic, copy and paste replies that don’t actually address the problem. It feels like no one genuinely looks into customers’ concerns. Instead of resolving issues, they repeatedly send automated responses that are unhelpful and leave you going around in circles. It’s disappointing because when customers reach out, they’re looking for real assistance, not the same scripted messages over and over again. The lack of communication and accountability makes the entire experience feel unprofessional. Customer service should be there to solve problems, but unfortunately that hasn’t been my experience with Bolt Food. I hope they improve their support system and start treating customer concerns more seriously.

They used to be great. You would get your food in a very reasonable amount of time. Now, they have bicycles doing deliveries and they will send them across the city so it takes very long and the food is spoiled by the time it arrives. The last three times I ordered it took well over an hour for the rider to even start moving towards the restaurant. Customer service is absolutely no help.
