Orders don’t work. promo codes don’t work. And most importantly customer service is literally non existent. I emailed them saying please process my order. Never heard back lol. Guess they are out of business.

I’d give 0 stars if I could because we placed an order last December and we have been getting the runaround. We’ve followed up multiple times and requested a refund or our order and they have yet to respond with any substantive response. It’s a shame too because we were previous quite satisfied and loyal customers.

Wow I can finally see clearly! My clearest prescription, better than from the optometrist. The glasses are light and comfortable and really cool. Where have you been all my life? Thank you Fitz for the great fit! Love fitzfan
