Scan Receipts

No one likes saving receipts. With DComply, you can take photos of your receipts and import & save them for whenever you’re ready to send the bill.

Export Transactions

Quickly and easily create a report that outlines your financial history with your other parent. You can see child support payments, all completed transactions, outstanding bills and items that are in dispute. You can export this report as a PDF.

User Reviews

Overall, users praise DComply for ease of use and efficient expense tracking, receipts, disputes, and simplifying payments. However, repeated concerns center on weak customer support, payment reliability (delays, non-real-time transfers, and removed features), and trouble accessing accounts or past records. The app is valued for improving co-parent communication, but reliability and support gaps appear in multiple reviews.

Cons

  • Account access and login reliability problems.
  • Data retrieval/access problems, such as not being able to view past payments or history.
Recent reviews
I cancelled services with this app months ago and they keep charging me every month. There’s no way to cancel in the app. You have to email support and they respond about 10% of the time. They have bank routing info which is scary and makes it difficult to dispute with my bank. I am still fighting subscription charges. App is very glitchy. Stay away from giving this app any bank or credit card info unless you want to be fraudulently charged every month.

They removed feature that automatically updates when the ex pays a debt. What’s the point then? And don’t answer my emails. And now I can’t even get back in to find my 3 years of info. Even tried deleting and reinstalling the app. It’s a crime to do this—and charge—to people who trusted this app with a very imp part of their lives!

This app is no longer able to make child support payments, and there is no way to retrieve information on past payments. No advanced warning or reason was given. The only way to unsubscribe is by phone or email.
