RTC Self Check-In

Self Check-In allows registered RTC customers to enable a whole new check in process for their customers. Self Check-In uses iPad technology to allow a customer to check themselves into the workshop digitally, quickly and efficiently without the need to spend time queuing during busy periods. The app allows a customer to update their contact details, sign and confirm what their vehicle is booked in for and also update their GDPR preferences. The booking details are all managed seamlessly within the app and link back to update the core workshop management software.

This is a trade only business app and requires a valid subscription to RTC software to be functional.
