Well, this place needs to work on quality control from the kitchen and Management needs a few lessons on Customer Service!! Tonight was the third time in a row that my food was unacceptable! $40 for dumplings and a salad deserves decent Customer Service And high-quality meals. I tried to call to talk to the manager, but they don’t answer the phone so I had to get in my car and drive back there because enough is enough. I understand why the staff all seem to be so miserable. After being ignored by the bar staff while they have a conversation, I’m then finally greeted by a miserable looking person who just hand me my food. No smile no thank you when I say thank you I met with a blank stare. Beware of their Chinese chicken salad, if you get it, ask for the dressing on the side!! Restaurant problems usually occur due to poor Management and I believe that is the case here. I spoke with Matt who refunded me $18.45 out of my total bill that was $39 and change. So I paid $16.20 for a few dumplings and had to make a trip back in order to inform the manager of the quality control issues. Matt let me know that the phone doesn’t ring in the kitchen, That’s why nobody answered with no apologies. Being that this is the third time in a row that my food was not edible and the customer service was horrible. Management needs to go back to training and the staff needs Customer Service training. It infuriating to spend this kind of money, be treated that way, and have inedible food. Matt… FYI Management 101 should be obvious that you should’ve comped my whole meal after making me drive all the way back there in order to inform you of the quality issues. So disappointing because I used to love this place where they served organic seed oil free yummy food… Not so much anymore!!! 😕
