How do you connect to the app? I’m hitting the crown and nothing happens?

watch looks good, and generally functions well, but the app requires more support. frequently loses sync with the watch, though the latest update seems to have made this more of an occasional issue (definitely progress, but still frustrating) also, the new features rolled out need explanation. how do i use sleep tracking, for instance? the sequent website doesn’t have any instructions either. really love what you guys are trying to do, but the software still needs a lot of work
