Always says restaurant is not accepting orders when the restaurant tells me to order in the app. Now restaurant is not even showing up in the app. Can’t use a reward that expires on the 8th.

The app and everything was going fine, I’d go and pick up food for my brother my dad and me every Wednesday because of the free cheese slice they have with any purchase, but I just received an email along with my other family members threatening us with immediate account deactivation stating they found fraudulent activity in the account which is not the case at all, I’m just the only one that pick it up since my brother is busy and my dad is wheelchair bound, they haven’t responded in 6 hours and wanted to deactivate the account by the end of day, I will be expecting compensation for this mistake of theirs because this is absolutely ridiculous, no proof at all and threatening my family is not a good look especially when it is so readily available that each account has a different phone, and card for it.so I’d recommend bringing everyone if your family is going to order otherwise you may have to deal with this same issue I am wasting my valuable time on.( it is currently 6:34 in the afternoon rn)

I created an account using the QR code at the restaurant. It wanted me to verify me email. Email never came. I submitted twice. Then I downloaded the app and tried to create an account there. It said one already existed for that email, so I tried to log in instead. It said email or password was wrong. I knew it wasn’t wrong because I had just created it minutes before. Tried several times. Them used the “forgot password?” button. It asked for my email and I was told there was no account for that email. I give up. If you’re going to make that hard, you don’t get my business.
