I have purchased on the website, and loved the app!! Items open for bid, or if you’re impatient they constantly have 10 minute auctions where the items are always changing.

So I won a couple of cards in an auction, nothing too expensive. The order was shipped out and delivered to a different address in another state. Nothing close to what I have on file with pristine. I reached out to pristine and they responded there is nothing they can do because it shows delivered from the carrier. When the carrier clearly shows it was delivered to the wrong address in a different state. I will stick to my eBay auctions because the customer is on their own once they buy something.
