This is an excellent receipt rewards app but I’ve been facing an issue of the scanning and uploading taking way too long or just staying stuck on the loading. I am also using a newer IPhone so I wouldn’t Be expecting these issues, I have tried to delete and reinstall the app but the scanning process still takes way too long.

For whatever reason, this app no longer can identify receipts received by email, including and not limited to receipts from major retailers. This has been going on for months now. Not only that, but the Amazon sync barely works and breaks often. Resyncing Amazon sometimes fixes it but resyncing email never does anything. This is one of the buggiest apps I’ve ever used for receipts.
