MobiLinc X is a modern app for the ISY-994i controller, built for speed, security, and family-friendly smart home control. It supports INSTEON and Z‑Wave devices and a wide range of items—from lights and thermostats to doors, scenes, programs, and weather—with instant startup, IP camera streaming, and ELK Security integration.

Features include full ISY configuration (rooms, devices, scenes) without requiring an Admin Console, and family management via QR codes. Admin users have full control while guest users can operate items only. The app also provides Alexa and Google Home integration, MobiLinc IFTTT support, and Direct IP/UDI Portal options for flexible cloud usage. MobiLinc X supports up to two ISYs and offers ongoing feature voting, easy sharing across family members, and a free 14-day trial.

Great app. Stable. I manage a ton of lights, motion sensors, moisture sensors and switches. Never fails.

Great app and really the only one that is seamless with ISY. Needs a widget for IOS but the app evolves so I’m sure they will get there. Set up simple but if trouble support turnaround is decent. Best for remote control of home and Alexa/Google integration.
