Installed and connected via Wi-Fi then nothing, no download, no access, no video. Manual is horribly written. No explanation for any of the options. Returning and getting my Garmin that I should have purchased.

Not worth having, doesn’t work at all. What’s the purpose of the dash cam having WiFi if you can access it when you’re not in the vehicle?

This app does nothing except for occupying space in the iPhone. It should be removed. Is this app spyware/malware? For the correct app, go into your GEKO Orbit settings and scroll down to the app download QR code menu item. Then take a photo of the QR code and it will tell your iPhone to redirect to the correct app.
