I started using this app while I was trying to get back on my feet after breaking my foot. I really enjoyed the encouragement of the team of trainers and the fact that they asked if I had any restrictions while working out. They’ve helped me loose the weight I had gained while sitting around for three months and have made me re think my relationship with food! I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to make a positive change in their lives to try this app out!

I did the starter plan and I finished week 1 and I loved it. The programming is exactly what I was looking for! However when I went to start week 2, the exercises are the exact same. What?? Isn't the point of signing up for an exercise program to get new workouts every day. I'm so disappointed.

I’m enjoying the experience and big fan of JS. Rating is because today I got stuck on two screens and close/x didn’t work. This meant I had to shut the app and reload the workout from the start.
