Records everything I need to. Dr loves it and easy to give info. The only improvement I would make is to be able to print history and a way to record medication with the ability to print it.

Have been using the app for a few years. Unfortunately the app functionality needs some work. Requests for assistance are ignored.

The idea of the app is good. But there is so much effort in uploading your meds. I wish the app allowed you to take a photo of your med and then it would enter it for you like my food app does with my calories.
