⚠️ Beware of HelloTask ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE & DANGEROUS EXPERIENCE I am writing this to warn anyone considering using Hellotask. This Friday (after a sudden rescheduling from Wednesday), they sent a maid named Ruma Aktar to my home in Kalabagan, and it was an absolute nightmare that left my family feeling completely unsafe. Her behavior went far beyond "impolite". She was highly erratic, hostile, and aggressive from the moment she walked in. Her volatile conduct and open confrontation made her look like an immediate threat to our personal safety. We felt incredibly vulnerable in our own home and had to ask her to leave due to her unstable behavior. To make matters worse, Hellotask's customer support is nonexistent. We tried contacting their number multiple times immediately after the incident, but they completely ignored our complaints after an initial reply. Sending an aggressive, unpredictable stranger into someone's home and then ghosting them when a safety issue arises is completely negligent. I stay out of town and was in a videocall with my family when this was going on. It left me extremely worried. This is the second time i have faced this issue with them. The first bad experience being a couple years back after which i had stopped using there service. Do not trust this agency if you care about your safety and peace of mind. The google reviews will tell you more.
