Pros: easy shift booking, neat UI, and some users report accurate shift pickup. Customer service is responsive in some cases. Cons: the app is repeatedly buggy and laggy; location tracking is unreliable; updates introduce glitches (including clock-in/out/pay issues); shifts search/filters often fail and availability is limited; pay disputes and delays are common, with support sometimes slow to respond. Overall, Nursa offers a useful scheduling tool, but reliability and payroll problems dominate user feedback.

Recent reviews

I overall love apps like these because of the flexibility but it is far too difficult to get shifts. I don’t think there’s any reason there are 30 people able to request a shift and then you never even hear about not getting it. I think if you request the shift it should just be yours and if the facility then declined you then it’ll show up again for others. The support is very slow and verifying documents takes much longer than the 24-48 timeframe. Overall I hope to actually get the chance to use this app one day but so far I’ve had far better look with others.

When I look up per diem and PRN nursing jobs, Nursa posts multiple jobs online. I downloaded the app and uploaded all my documents just to find out that the closest shifts were in a completely different state. Terrible. False advertisement.
