If an opponent verbally abuses, cyberbullies, or harasses you online, your reports，even those backed by screenshots and evidence，are often ignored; the game's customer service is notoriously unfair. Conversely, if a group of people deliberately fabricates facts to target you, your account could end up being permanently banned. The customer service team also discriminates against foreigners; if you aren't Chinese, they simply won't handle your case at all. I do not recommend that anyone overseas download this game.
