I have tried to get this app to work for years and it never lets me in regardless of how many times I change my password. The customer service can’t figure it out and I can’t figure it out. Please do something about this finally!!!

This app is a nightmare for non primary account holders (guess that is why there is a class action lawsuit against BFSFCU on behalf of joint account holders) Over the years - I have not been able to add credit or debit cards except for twice by going to BFSFCU HQ. Was impossible to add cards for our teen as well. The two step authentication requires going through phone and email contacts of the primary card holders. Then the code is treated as invalid anyway. We have wasted so much time on phone with card holder services trying to sort this out. Brings new meaning to the word non user friendly app
