This is the worst service I have ever received in my entire life. You all are scammers and don’t even respond when we had issues. Moreover overcharging and lack of customer service in every aspect. Never doing business with this company. Very bad experience. You made me struggle a lot when you can’t fix things and never compensated.

I’m giving 2 stars because Bungalow mandates a $150/month service fee for a "Meet-and-Greet" process that is fundamentally broken. The app frequently glitches during the 48-hour voting window, and because support is slow to respond, unapproved applicants are often granted leases anyway. Bungalow has known about these bugs for years and continues to charge tenants for a service they fail to provide.

Finding a new spot was very easy and efficient. Being able to chat with the current tenants to see if you are a good match is very cool.
