My friend tried to install this app in UK with the UK phone, but could not install it. Is there any restriction with this app?

I had tried to log-in several times with the same password as their website, then l clicked the log-in. Every time it crashed. Do I need to creat the password for this app?? --> Thank you very much for the fixing it soon. I could log-in after I reinstalled the app.
